For Sale is a 1975 Cameron 12X48 Mobile Home. It has been shaded and protected from the elements inside a large metal building for over 20 years. It is in good overall condition and is a non-smoking, no pets home. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Central heat furnace set up for propane. (1000 gal. Propane tank is available separately) There is a window air conditioner, Stove, and Refrigerator.
This home was occupied until last November when it was fully winterized. All systems were working fine at that time. The floors are in good condition. The carpet and lineoleum are still the original. Should have new floorcoverings to be nice. Interior walls are light brown woodgrain paneling and are good, ceilings are white and in good condition. Bathroom lavatory faucet and drain were replaced last year along with a new toilet. The refrigerator is newer and works good. Same for the window A/C.
