Buyer may cut trees or plants necessary to clear a road or building pad for a home or corral - other trees over six inches must be left intact until property is paid in full; All septic tanks and wells must comply with City, County, and State regulations; All construction must be at least 100 feet from the center of existing roads, and mobile homes permanently mounted on jacks or piers with under-skirting installed; No noxious or offensive trade or activity shall be conducted upon property, and no unsightly conditions may be created on the land. Nothing may be done which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to others; Livestock must be adequately fenced in, and may not be raised or kept in such quantities or in such a manner as to create odors or unhealthy conditions; Unused vehicles may not be on the property for more than 30 days, and no wrecking or salvage yards may be operated on the premises; No permanent residence will be allowed until water, electricity, and septic tank is installed, unless specifically approved by Seller; Only two permanent residences will be permitted on each parcel of land; No accumulation of refuse on property will be permitted and when burning trash or brush, Buyer will be held responsible for any damage, including damage to neighbors' property; You may camp on your property, but tents or vehicles will not be allowed as permanent residences.
