Now here is the twist......
This land will be owner financed with NO MONEY DOWN which means
that you DO NOT have to pay your winning bid amount. I have 32
20 acre ranches that I am selling with owner finance. I will be giving 31 second chance offers if I get that many bidders. The winning bidder will get to pick the location from the plat map of their 20 acres. The next bidder in line will get 2nd choice of their 20 acre location, the third highest bidder gets to pick next and so forth and so on until all 32 ranches are spoken for.

what do you have to pay. The TOTAL amount due when the bidding ends is$329.
Yes...That's all...just $329. which is for your 1st payment of the land which equals $179 and a one time documentation fee of $150.
I will carry the finance for up to 10 1/2 years at 10% interest, BUT you can
pay it off ANYTIME you want with NO penalties.
The purchase price is $13,795. with monthly payments of only $179.
HOWEVER....YOU must bid on this auction to be able to buy this land at such a low price. You will receive a Warranty Deed once the land is paid for in full. You can also make me a cash offer for 20 acres. Remember you don't have to have a very high bid to win because ALL bidders (up to 32) will be a winner and I will give second chance offers as soon as the auction ends. This is a 3 day auction so bid right away for your 20 acre parcel.
NOW....about the land
The land is located in Hudspeth County, Texas and this is the BEST place to own land because they have NO Zoning department and NO building department...whoohoo!!!! This gives you a lot of freedom for whatever you may want to do!
There's no time limit to build either and the taxes are low...about $10 per 20 acres.
The land is located about 9 miles from Sierra Blanca.
