If you want to pay this property ni full you will receive a deed at closing. To pay it in full the cost is $9695 plus $750 taxes plus $295 closing.
If you plan on paying me payments. I will pay off the $750 taxes. I also will be paying the taxes for the 5 years which is included in your payment. You will receive a contract for deed until you pay the note off. I will adjust the payment according to how much the down payment is. Then after it's paid in full you will get a warrenty deed. This property is free and clear of any leins.You will need to get the property insurance, and I also recommend a warrenty for the utilities as well.
