Resort Information
Come to the heart of Colonial America, where Fairfield Williamsburg at Patriot's Place invites you to discover the culture of the past amid the luxuries of modern resort living. This lovely family resort is located in Williamsburg Virginia, which is one of the foremost historic districts in the United States. As soon as you enter Colonial Williamsburg, the clock turns back over 200 years. Horse-drawn carriages clatter along cobblestone streets. Men in powdered wigs and ladies in bonnets greet you. You can enjoy many of the same gardens, visit the same shops and walk the very streets as did George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Patrick Henry. Continuous year-round activities and painstaking restoration make Colonial Williamsburg and the surrounding historic areas of Jamestown and Yorktown some of the most unique and uplifting places to visit in America.
The 173-acre Williamsburg historic area is filled with the true sights, sounds and activities of Colonial America. The Governor's Palace, the Capitol Building, the Courthouse, and many authentic residences, shops, restaurants and taverns make this national treasure come alive. When not sight-seeing, back at the resort you can enjoy the recreation complex, which features adult billiard room, family game room, video arcade, computer library, sauna and fitness center, tanning bed, miniature golf, and on-site masseuse, or take a dip in the resort's pool.
About The Condo
This beautifully appointed luxury vacation home (deeded as unit #22-101 ) is a large two bedroom “Lockoff” condo. The word “Lockoff” means that this vacation home is really TWO vacation condos in one. It has two kitchens, two living rooms, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and two separate entrances. The unique part about these two separate homes is that they are connected by a specially designed Lockoff door that when left open the two homes are combined, thus making it a two bedroom condo. However, that Lockoff door can be closed and secured, thus creating two separate homes that can be occupied by two separate families with total privacy. When separated, one side becomes a full one bedroom condo and the other becomes a full studio condo.
Another great benefit is the ability to EXCHANGE your lockoff unit with a trading company and get TWO separate vacations in two different places. Each for a full week. So, the bottom line here is that you own ONE timeshare with only ONE maintenance fee, but you can use it to trade for two full weeks!
The lovely homes at this resort are equipped with two kitchens and baths, private balcony, washer and dryer, and a wood burning fireplace. The whole family (up to eight people) will be very comfortable in this spacious unit. All homes at this resort are professionally decorated and well equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay one you'll remember for a lifetime including all kitchenware, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc. All you will need to do is show up and enjoy!
The Week
The week is #10, which is an excellent mid March week when the weather is mild. We really like this time of year because, while still popular, there are fewer tourists allowing you to visit attractions, restaurants, and museums without all the hustle and bustle of crowds. You can use this week yourself, or you can deposit your mid-season white week into the RCI Exchange System (RCI code is 1141), and trade it for another week at one of over 4,600 resorts worldwide. The trading power is really excellent as this historic resort area is very popular. The week has had an excellent trading history for places like Branson, Ft. Lauderdale, Jackson Hole, Reno, Mexico, and many others. The ownership and usage is annual, it is permanently deeded, and the yearly maintenance and tax fees total only $776, a bargain for a large vacation home in this terrific location.

Most timeshares are deeded property, and as such they go through a relatively simple yet sometimes lengthy process in order to transfer ownership, just like any other real estate transaction. New deeds must be created and executed, then sent to the appropriate county for recording, and then sent to the resort for their own transfer processing. While the closing company we use is the best and fastest in the industry (in many cases completing the transfer in just a matter of weeks), no one can control the county recording offices or the resort management and the time they may take to complete their portion of the process. Therefore, the purchaser of this timeshare must understand that the transfer of ownership into their name may take at least sixty days or even longer. If you do not understand this or are the impatient type, please do not bid on this item. Thank you.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is pretty simple and straightforward. We go to great lengths to make sure that our auctions are correct. We go thru an Estoppel process which means that we double check our information by getting the resort or the resort management to confirm our information in writing. But even with all that effort sometimes the information is wrong thru no fault of our own. With that said, please know that if you find that we described the item incorrectly we will offer you a full refund and take back the item.
More Details
There is no mortgage on this timeshare. Maintenance and taxes are up to date. You will receive a Warranty Deed, which means that you are guaranteed free and clear title with no encumbrances.
The purchaser will begin ownership with the 2010 week, and will be responsible for the 2010 maintenance fees which will be due at the close of this auction

The closing of this transaction will be handled by a professional closing company with many years of experience in the transfer of resale timeshares. This company is an “Accredited” member of the Better Business Bureau, with an A+ rating. Their price for closing is quite reasonable and very competitive. We use this firm and this firm ONLY. Why? Because we’ve tried several over the years and most have disappointed us (and our customers) one way or another. This company is fast, thorough, and responsive. And in the rare case that they make an error they admit it, and fix it. Please don’t ask us to close this transaction any other way because we will not be able to accommodate you. The cost to the purchaser will be only $435. This price will include all closing costs including document preparation, deed recording, priority mailings, and all county, state, and municipal transfer taxes and recording fees. They will even register the new deed with the resort on behalf of the new owner.
