Closing Costs: You will own this timeshare free and clear. There is no mortgage and maintenance fees and taxes are current. The cost to the purchaser for deeding will be $350.00. All timeshares sales are professionally closed. All intervals are sold free and clear of any liens or encumbrances and the deed is recorded in the new name with the resorts county court. Closing agent will also handle resort notification for new owner.
Monies Due at end of Auction: Winning bid + $350.00 for closing costs and resort transfer fees.
We accept all major credit card payments through PayPal which is our preferred method of payment. We also accept personal and cashier checks. Payment must be received within 3 days of end of auction.

Buyer should understand that all transfers involve parties that Timeshare Kings has no control over (i.e. county courthouse, the resort or management company, etc.) and that some transfers may take longer than 90 days due to volume of deed registrations and third party inefficiencies.
Winning bidder will be responsible for 2009 maintenance fees. Since some transfers can take at least 90 days these fees may have to be paid BEFORE the transfer of deed, title or membership has been completed.
