Retired? You won't know where the day has gone with all of the activities available. Work from home? High speed internet is available with TelMex or a satellite company. Have children? Some of the best bilingual education is available. History buff? You won't know where to start with all of the arqueological sites (there are just too many to list them here). Quality medical care is available, too, with costs that are a fraction of the U.S. Have you ever had an routine appointment with a doctor that is actually on time? You will here. In fact, most times you'll be in his/her office within 5 or 10 minutes (on a bad day) of your appointment! And that's not all...your doctor actually looks you in the eyes and doesn't rush you.
Mexico's second largest city, Guadalajara, is only 45 minutes away. The International Airport is only 30 minutes away and very easy to reach (you'll be going there a lot when all of your envious friends come to visit).
The house comes fully furnished including an ANTIQUE BEDROOM SET and a REGULATION POOL TABLE! All you need to do is to pack your toothbrush and fly on in. The house has 3 bedrooms (one is currently used as an office) and 2.5 baths on 4 levels. All rooms, except the kitchen, have ceiling fans/lights. This is because heating and air conditioning isn't needed! The house catches the breeze in the spring and summer and retains heat in the winter (although "winter" doesn't exist here). The kitchen has a skylight. All floors are tile. Unlike many Mexican homes, this one has built-in closets for plenty of storage space. There's a carport, a terrace and a patio with a bar area (gorgeous hand-carved bar is also included). At the rear of the yard is a casita (small house) with a bedroom/living room, bathroom and small kitchen. The large yard is loaded with fruit trees (lemon, lime, grapefruit, mandarin, avocado, and pomegranate), lots of roses, a coffee tree, and so many others. You'll be amazed at how easily things grow here.
