Major busline stops in front of the community every fifteen minutes and takes you anywhere in the county. Catch the beach trolley and walk in sand at a moments notice.
Clearwater Mall is two blocks away and provides wonderful shopping, including Starbucks, Supertarget, Lowes, Borders Books, Panera Bread, Pier 1 Imports, and a host of other retail outlets. Dining establishments abound within a stones throw, including a Village Inn right across the street. Catch the opera or a rock and roll show at Ruth Eckerd Hall just three miles away. Go see the Phillies play at Brighthouse Field three miles away or the Yankees right across the bay. Professional football, ice hockey, baseball all in the area.
The lot rent is $415 monthly and that includes lawn maintenance and water. The home has been freshly painted, inside and out. New flooring and paint throughout. All appliances work and look great and the a/c kicks out ice cold air that cools the entire home. There is a nice back patio that edges the fenced back lawn of a neighbor's house, very private.
