Sheraton Desert Oasis is an RCI top rated Gold Crown Resort, designed in a setting of unparalleled splendor and nestled near the renowned Scottsdale Tournament Players Club, host of the PGA's Phoenix Open. The resort's luxurious villas are situated on 10 acres that boast a 4,500-square-foot swimming pool, a quiet pool, cascading waterfalls, secluded spa grotto poolside cabana, children's play area, fitness center with arcade and snack bar, and a centrally located clubhouse.
The spectacular Sonoran Desert offers a magnificent backdrop for Sheraton Desert Oasis. Framed by stunning sunsets and towering saguaros, you'll discover this is a remarkable place to relax and unwind. Scottsdale is renowned for world-class golf and offers dozens of championship courses on which to play. You'll also find many other ways to amuse yourself from attending rodeos and horse shows, museums and art galleries, bicycling and tennis, exploring the mysterious desert and more than 2,500 boutiques. There really is so much to do, you really can’t see or do it all in one vacation!
About The Condo
This beautifully appointed luxury vacation home (deeded as unit # 3100) is in the resort's “Floating” system, which means that each year when you call to choose your week you will then be assigned your unit, but you will always get at a one bedroom home. It has a full kitchen, a bathroom, and a private patio. The whole family (up to four people) will be very comfortable in this spacious unit. All homes at this resort are professionally decorated and nicely equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay one you'll remember for a lifetime including all kitchenware, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc. All you will need to do is show up and enjoy!
The Week
The week is a “Floating” week during the resort's “Platinum” Season, which means you can call the resort each year and choose the week that suits you best for that year. You will be able to choose any of the following weeks: 1-21 (January through May including all Spring Break weeks), 50-52 (including Christmas and the New Year’s weeks). We especially like these weeks as it gives you a choice of season for which to enjoy the Arizona weather. Once you choose your week you can use it yourself or you can trade your RED week for one of over 6,600 resorts in the Interval International (II code is SDI SO1) or RCI Exchange Systems (RCI code is 5247) as it is affiliated with both. The trading power is really excellent as this resort area is very popular year round. It is permanently deeded and yearly fees total $326. The resort has had an excellent trading history for places like Vail, Branson, Las Vegas, Hawaii, and others. It has also traded for much larger units including two and three bedrooms. This is a deeded timeshare, which means you own it forever; leave it to your kids or sell it whenever you want.
Please note: This ownership is a biennial ownership, which means the owner receives one week every other year on the EVEN years (2010, 2012, etc). The maintenance fees are billed EVERY year at $326/year.

Most timeshares are deeded property, and as such they go through a relatively simple yet sometimes lengthy process in order to transfer ownership, just like any other real estate transaction. New deeds must be created and executed, then sent to the appropriate county for recording, and then sent to the resort for their own transfer processing. While the closing company we use is the best and fastest in the industry (in many cases completing the transfer in just a matter of weeks), no one can control the county recording offices or the resort management and the time they may take to complete their portion of the process. Therefore, the purchaser of this timeshare must understand that the transfer of ownership into their name may take at least sixty days or even longer. If you do not understand this or are the impatient type, please do not bid on this item. Thank you.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is pretty simple and straightforward. We go to great lengths to make sure that our auctions are correct. We go thru an Estoppel process which means that we double check our information by getting the resort or the resort management to confirm our information in writing. But even with all that effort sometimes the information is wrong thru no fault of our own. With that said, please know that if you find that we described the item incorrectly we will offer you a full refund and take back the item.
More Details
There is no mortgage on this timeshare. Maintenance and taxes are up to date. You will receive a Warranty Deed, which means that you are guaranteed free and clear title with no encumbrances.
The purchaser will begin ownership with the 2010 week, and will be responsible for the 2010 maintenance fees which will be due at the close of this auction

The closing of this transaction will be handled by a professional closing company with many years of experience in the transfer of resale timeshares. This company is an “Accredited” member of the Better Business Bureau, with an A+ rating. Their price for closing is quite reasonable and very competitive. We use this firm and this firm ONLY. Why? Because we’ve tried several over the years and most have disappointed us (and our customers) one way or another. This company is fast, thorough, and responsive. And in the rare case that they make an error they admit it, and fix it. Please don’t ask us to close this transaction any other way because we will not be able to accommodate you. The cost to the purchaser will be only $435. This price will include all closing costs including document preparation, deed recording, priority mailings, and all county, state, and municipal transfer taxes and recording fees. They will even register the new deed with the resort on behalf of the new owner.
