You'll own accommodations with all the comforts of home - spacious 2 bedroom Deluxe condo with a fully equipped kitchen. Best of all, friendly, attentive service. All units are smoke-free
No Reserve!! This means that I have NOT set a minimum selling price. While I would certainly like to sell this wonderful timeshare at a higher price, I need to clear out some inventory. My willingness to sell this timeshare for such a low price is absolutely no reflection of the resort.
There is no mortgage on this property. You will receive a Warranty Deed, which means that you are guaranteed free and clear title with no encumbrances.
For deed purposes only, this timeshare is designated as week 3, however you are able to book your week anytime between January 2 - June 12 and October 30 - January 1.
Closing will be completed by The Time Share Company. Closing costs are $495 - flat fee; $85 recording fee; $50 transfer fee. For 2010, a week has been scheduled (May 28 - June 4, 2010), but can be changed. Closing costs to be paid by buyer along with the 2010 maintenance fees ($550, which includes taxes).
